How do I reserve your condominium?
If you reserve directly through us, the owners, you pay a deposit to confirm your reservation plus a non-refundable $38.85 ($35 plus tax) booking fee. You will then receive a detailed rental agreement from our local representative. Your final payment will be due 45 days before your arrival date. If you reserve 45 days or closer to arrival, you may have to pay a larger deposit or the entire amount due for the booking.
What do I pay to reserve C-36?
The amount depends upon the rental rate for the week(s) you book, as these rates vary during the year. If you book C-36 early enough (well before the final payment is due 45 days before arrival), and your rental charge is $2,000 per week or less, you pay only a $200 deposit plus a non-refundable reservation fee of $38.85 ($35 + Florida’s 11% tax). If you book C-36 early enough and your rental charge is over $2,000 per week, you pay 10% of the total rate (All-Inclusive rate for rent, reservation fee and linen charge) plus the non-refundable reservation fee.
Does your rate include everything?
Yes. Our rates include a modest reservation fee, linens, and cleaning services upon your departure. There is an additional 11% Florida Occupancy Tax charge on the total, and a $200 refundable damage security deposit. If you book C-36 on other vacation rental sites, you will pay extra. Some of the most popular vacation sites charge a “service fee” that can amount to 2-8% of the total booking charge, which can significantly increase the cost of your vacation. If you choose to use such a site and pay more, rather than booking directly through us, we can still accept your booking.
Is there an elevator to C-36?
Do you accept credit cards?
Yes. Payments are processed via our local representative if you book directly with us. Accepted are most major credit cards and e-checks, payable in U.S. dollars. If you book enough ahead of time, you will be asked to pay your deposit by credit card, and then send a check (or e-check) for the balance.

Most parents/grandparents stop by the Clubhouse and sign up their children for the activities, which are pre-scheduled early in the week. Walk-ins are accepted based on availability.

Can I smoke on the lanai?
